PALCON is a gathering of Nazarene clergy for inspiration and enrichment through learning conversations and times of worship together. The theme is ONE HEART, reflecting the prayer of Jesus for His church and the deep need and longing of His people in a world so divided. Its subthemes—Blessing, Bringing, Becoming—flow from this one-heart life empowered by the Holy Spirit that shapes the core of the USA/Canada Regional strategy: Blessing our communities, Bringing people to Jesus, Becoming Christ-like disciples.

PALCON is presented through the cooperative effort of the districts and Nazarene liberal arts universities on each of the nine fields (collections of associated districts) across the United States and Canada along with the Church of the Nazarene's USA/Canada Regional Office and Global Education and Clergy Development Office. The respective Nazarene college or university serves as host to the PALCON gathering on its field. PALCONs are held in a given summer or series of sequential summers, rotating through each field at a spacing, normally, of once every four years.
